CHES Celebration of Scholarship Call for Round Table & Workshop Submissions

Submissions for Round Table & Workshop Abstracts for the 2025 Celebration of Scholarship will open on April 1, 2025.

Facilitators must be a CHES Member – Apply here!
Presentations must be delivered in-person at the scheduled time.
Only TWO facilitators will be accepted per Round Table or Workshop submission.

Round Table Discussions are designed to foster idea generation and exploration of a topic, and engage participants in reflection and conversation.
Hosted in the main conference room, participants are seated around tables to engage in small group discussions.
Submissions must include clear learning outcomes for participants, and indicate how participation will be encouraged.

Workshops are designed to teach or develop a specific skill and should incorporate interactive discussions, activities, and exercises to engage participants.
Hosted in small breakout rooms to enable small group discussions.
Submissions must include the anticipated structure of the workshop, clear learning outcomes for participants, and indicate how participation will be encouraged.
